How to rollover quarter end months in a dynamic manner in NR?

I have a requirement where quarter end months: P3 (March), P6(June), P9(September), P12(December) are selectable in the POV. Note that in my period hierarchy there is an adjustment period also P13 which has to be excluded from this POV.

In the grid, I want the below logic to be applied:

If we select March in POV:
columns should be Current Year Mar , Dec, Sep, Jun and Prior year Mar

If we select Sep in POV:
columns should be Current Year Sep, Jun, Mar, Dec and Prior year Sep

If we select June in POV:
columns should be Current Year Jun, Current year Mar, Prior year Dec, prior year Sep and Prior year March
