Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability – Form CC-305

The Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published a Final Rule on August 21, 2026, discontinuing the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305, effective September 21, 2026.

Customers should take action to prevent employees from accessing and using Form CC-305 after September 21, 2026.

Action Required by Customer:

• Redwood: Use a Visual Builder Studio rule to hide the Disability section on the Personal Details page for employees. See the following topics in the Help Center under 'Extending Redwood Applications for HCM and SCM using Visual Builder Studio':
