Visual Builder Best Practice for Shared Ownership of Pages Across HCM and SCM Teams

Summary:

We are looking for guidance on the recommended Visual Builder configuration and governance approach when multiple functional teams need to maintain customizations to the same Oracle page.

In our case, both our HCM and SCM support teams need the ability to make and maintain changes to the Manage Locations page using Visual Builder. We want to ensure that both teams can support the page without creating conflicting projects, extensions, or deployment issues.

One option we are considering is creating a separate shared Visual Builder project for the Manage Locations page, with both HCM and SCM team members having access to that project.
