Cannot find data form

I'm trying to delete an account, but I can't because it used in a data form (as "show usage" informs me). When I go and look for this data form it is gone. I can't find it through the Data card on the front page, can't find it through Forms in the burger menu and can't find it through LCM export of Data Forms.

It pops up in the dropdown menu of the search bar, but when I click search there is nothing?

Any idea as to why I can't find it anywhere?
