VBS run pipeline error dependency does not exist

We have been running pipelines successfully into DEV10, TEST and PROD

Now when running to PROD we get error:

ExtensionId site_hcm_extension version 0.1.1789377810 dependency oracle_hcm_centralcomponentsUI version >=2607.52.262230727 does not exist ?

Any ideas ?
