EDMCS Export and PLN Export Dimension By Name (EDMCS) Job giving different results for Shared

Hello, I'm currently trying to send the account structure from EDMCS to Planning. The main form of the account structure is something like:

ACCEST - Accounting Structure (Dynamic Calc)

→ 101 (Store)

REPEST - Reporting Structure (Dynamic Calc)

→ 101 (Shared)

When I run an Application>Export>Dimension>Account to file from EDMCS it includes all node instances (stored and shared) but when running the pipeline that uses the Export Dimension By Name (EDMCS), the generated file doesn't include shared members, so REPEST end with no lvl0 shared accounts.

Is there a configuration that i need to add (either on EDMCS or Planning) to include Shared members in the Export Dimension By Name (EDMCS) job?
