ESS Job Maintain Bill Transactions

  • Background:
    • The business uses the Maintain Bill Transaction form to do prebilling work. They will put transactions on hold (via Rest API) until the transactions can be reconciled
    • Due to the large volume of transactions, they use reports that are based on the bill transactions table
    • We noticed there was a project that was not appearing on the report (bill transaction table) even though they are in the expenditure item table. This was due to transactions not getting created in the Bill Transaction table after importing time from Fusion Time. This was due to the contract being in a draft status and not an active status. We subsequently, approved the Contract.
