Exempting Integration User from MFA for OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud Integration

Summary:

We are using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to integrate with Oracle ERP Cloud through the Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter. Currently, the integration authenticates using a dedicated service account with a username and password.

As Oracle MFA requirements are being enforced, we would like to understand whether it is possible to exclude a specific integration/service account from MFA enforcement so that our automated OIC-to-Oracle ERP Cloud integrations continue to run without interruption.

Has anyone implemented a similar setup? Are there any Oracle-recommended approaches or best practices for handling MFA requirements for non-interactive service accounts used by OIC integrations in PROD?
