Oracle HCM Cloud Web Session Logging and SIEM Integration

Summary:

From the Security team's perspective, there is currently a visibility gap once a user authenticates into Oracle HCM. We can see the initial authentication activity through the identity platform, and I understand that the HRIS team has application-level auditing for certain business transactions, such as changes to banking information, routing numbers, phone numbers, addresses, and other employee data.

What we do not currently have visibility into is the user's actual web session activity within Oracle HCM.

As an analogy, I am looking for something similar to the level of telemetry we would normally receive from an IIS or web server access log. Ideally, we would like to determine whether Oracle can provide logging that captures activity such as:
