ADB serverless, Transactional processing DB - how to grant read-only access on packages

Hi Experts,

How to grant read-only access on packages to other DB user for review. Use case is like on Prod, in BAU support always support team won't have write access, so for review existing code they would need read access on packages mainly.

Tried with ALL_SOURCE dictionary view but its not allowing to query from required read-only user.

Please advise if we have any way to grant read-only access on packages. Thanks
