All my planning applications suddenly show French translations for few forms under one dashboard.

Summary:

All users including admins are suddenly seeing French translations for forms in one dashboard even with English user preference and on checking artifact labels, we can see that the default itself for that dashboard appears to be in French (see screenshots pasted below).

Is this is a bug since there were no translations or updates made from our end and we are seeing this across all our environments (test and prod) OR can this be fixed using excel export import available under Artifact labels for English?
