Recommended Approach to Validate DBCS DR Environment

We have a production Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBCS) environment with the following DR architecture:

Primary Region: Hyderabad
DR Region: Mumbai

We don't have DR for TEST environment

Database: Oracle DBCS Base Database Service 19.28 version.

Network: Remote VCN Peering is established between Hyderabad and Mumbai.

The application/compute instance in Hyderabad is able to successfully ping the DR-region server and telnet to the database port, confirming network-level connectivity.

We currently have only a single Compute instance in the Primary region and do not have a dedicated Compute instance in the DR region.

This is a recently migrated production environment, and we would like to validate the DR configuration and confirm that the environment can be successfully recovered in the event of a primary-region failure.
