We are evaluating the Clone DB System option and have a few questions:

Can we clone a DB System into a different subnet while retaining the same hostname and database name as the source?
From a high level, this seems similar to creating a new DB System from an existing backup. What are the key differences between Clone DB System and Create DB System from Backup?
What are the prerequisites and limitations for each approach?
Are there any considerations related to networking, hostnames, database unique names, listeners, or application connectivity after the clone?
In what scenarios would Oracle recommend Clone DB System versus Create from Backup?
