How to configure different tenancy's custom object storage in Oracle RODS storge?

We have different tenancies for Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS applications.
As part pf 26C, we got storage option in Oracle RODS but looks we can configure SaaS tenancy's custom Object Storage only in RODS; Data Extraction Tool.
Is there any way to configure different tenancy's custom object storage?
