Can I access the agent prompt and details for the Spreadsheet Data Loader Advisor

in AI Agent Collaboration Center

My team is familiarizing ourselves with the delivered HCM agent templates and workflows by reviewing delivered components of the agents we are exploring. The descriptions and prompts are visible in the 26B version of AI Agent Studio but I cannot access the agent for Spreadsheet Data Loader Advisor in 26C. Is the agent or description and prompt viewable under a different name?
