Guide Health metrics

Hi team,

I have a question regarding guide health, are the 5 times or 10% within a day metrics mentioned in the blog below still the metrics used by OGL? Does the type of error change the metric at all? Also if the same user runs into the error 5 times would that flag an error or would it need to be 5 different people? Most of the errors I'm looking into are "Guide cannot be completed" but wanted to make sure the numbers below still apply.
