Recommended approach to email backup log files from OCI Compute/DBCS

Hi Team,

We have a daily backup script running on an OCI Compute/DBCS instance. The script performs an rsync operation to copy files from one location to another location. Once the backup/rsync operation is completed, a log file is generated containing the execution details and status.

We would like to automatically send this log file to a specified email ID after the backup completes.

Could you please advise on the following:

  1. What options are available to send an email with the generated log file from an OCI Compute or DBCS instance?
  2. What is the recommended approach for this requirement?
