How to troubleshoot data load rule execution getting stuck at extract stage?

I am loading data from ERP GL to FCCS. I am able to load other periods except for December 2025 (P12). The data load rule is getting hung up at the extract stage . Currently no other jobs are running in parallel in ERP GL. I am able to run for adjustment period (P13) and January 2026, however it is only at December 2025 that the extract stage is not able to finish. Attached logs below and period mapping screenshot for reference.

Please assist how to proceed as i have re-executed the data load rule multiple times for December 2025 (P12) and still it is same result. Whether the cause of this issue is at FCCS end or ERP GL end?
