Can OTM AI Agent Summary Be Extended with Custom Information?

Hi,

We are currently evaluating the OTM AI Agent Summary feature and would like to understand its extensibility. The documentation states that the AI Assistant - Shipment Summary uses LLM capabilities to provide summary information for Buy Side Shipments. My understanding is that the AI summarizes shipment data already available in OTM.

We would like to know whether it is possible to extend the information used by the AI Summary. For example:

  • Include custom shipment attributes or flex fields.
  • Include additional reference numbers.
  • Include data from custom objects.
  • Include information generated by custom agents or integrations.
  • Provide additional user-defined business context for the summary generation.
