Update Employment Data - Issue with Projected Termination Dates

Hello experts!

I am having an issue with the scheduled process "Update Employment Data" when running this under the "Update Termination Date" mode.

I have an assignment with a projected termination date of the current date, when running the process it picks up this assignment but gives an error of

"PER-1530231 - You must enter a valid value for the actionCode field". Has anyone had this issue before when using this process?
