Receive SKU not on shipment or ASN/PO

We are trying to receive a SKU that is not part of the original ASN/Shipment or PO in Oracle WMS Cloud. As per our understanding, enabling the RF screen parameter "rcv-sku-not-on-shpmnt" = Yes on the receiving module should allow us to scan/key an item not listed on the shipment and add it as a new shipment detail line during receiving.
