Query Candidate Interactions in Fusion HCM using REST API

in HCM REST APIs

Summary:

I tried using the recruitingUIInteractions API to get the list of Candidate Interactions as per documentation (v. July 2026):

https://{{SaaS-URL}}/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/recruitingUIInteractions?q=PersonId=300002582839640

but it returns, after about 1 minute the error "504 Gateway Timeout".

If I manipulate (query, create) Interactions from Fusion HCM UI I'm able to do it using the same user I'm using with the REST calls.

What can be the problem? Sould I open an SR?
