OIC Schedule Export to Excel file

I am not sure if this is possible but what I would like to be able to do is log into one of our OIC Instances and export all jobs and the schedule for the jobs to an excel format. When it comes time for OIC or ERP Maintenance we have to review what jobs do we need to run early, what jobs can be held and released when the maintenance is over, and what jobs need to be held and released after other jobs have been run.

Rather than maintain a spreadsheet, and make sure to capture every new job, every new schedule for a process, or every schedule change I would like to be able to export the OIC integration job information (integration id, integration name), the schedule status (stopped, paused, running, ect…), the schedule of the job (M,T,W, ect… or 1st, 2nd, 3rd), and the Time the job should run.
