Oci admin tracking

Hello Team,

I have a question regarding auditing and tracking administrative activities in OCI.

For example, if someone changes the Load Balancer configuration, such as changing a port or listener configuration, how can we identify who made the change, when it was made?

Similarly, for Object Storage, if someone deletes a bucket, deletes objects, or makes any configuration changes, how can we track these activities?

I understand that OCI provides auditing capabilities by default. Could you please clarify:

  1. Is OCI Audit enabled by default, or do we need to explicitly enable/configure anything?
  2. Do we need any additional configuration for services such as
