Forecast Orders not visible in Manage Orders and Forecast Commits screen

Summary:

In Supply Collaboration, we have established Collaboration relationships for Items successfully and are able to view the relationship under the "Manage Supply Collaboration Network" screen. However, the Order Forecasts keeps showing 0 under the "Manage Collaboration Plans".

1.I have the Supply Chain Collaboration Planner, Supply chain Planner roles.

2. The Relationship is already established

3. I am defined as Collaboration Planner and in Active status with Full access

What else could be the reason behind this. Is there any setup missing? We havent used this instance for a while to freshly Published data and have been testing.
