Add Multi-Assignment Functions to VBS Validation Rules

Currently, Visual Builder Studio validation rules do not provide a way to evaluate an employee's assignment count or determine whether an employee has additional assignments.

This limitation makes it difficult to create targeted validations, warnings, or guidance that should only display for employees with multiple assignments. As a result. There is not a way to set up a rule against these employees that have more than one assignment. An example is, not being able to create a validation rule on total FTE between the active assignments.

Requested Enhancement: Provide VBS functions, variables, or business objects that allow administrators to:

• Determine the total number of assignments for a worker.
