Inspection Action not showing while creating the quality Issue for discreate job work order

Summary:

Hi,

I have defined the inspection plan and able to create the action rule but after rejecting the operation and when i click on create quality issue not able to see the inspection Actions. Refer screen shots.

Please suggest which set up is missed. Thanks in Advance.
