VBS validation on changing Location

Hello -

We are exploring the possibility of implementing a validation rule that restricts location changes for users with a specific role. The validation would allow users to change their location only within the same city and display an error message if they attempt to move to a location in a different city. For example, if locations such as Bangalore I, Bangalore II, and Bangalore III are configured, users should be able to switch only between these Bangalore locations, while any change to a location outside Bangalore should be prevented.

Please help us if its feasible and if yes how can we achieve it.
