Hi,
An organisation I work with has their PO Approval setup split into rules for Terms and Postapproval stages as follows:
- Stage: Terms
- Participant: Terms Approval Serial
- Routing: Serial
- Postapproval
- Participant: Postapproval First Responder Wins
- Routing: Parallel
The issue I have is for the Terms stage.
I have this rule defined with a Priority of Highest - to trap PO reduction changes below a certain value:
That is set to auto-approve.
This works if all the other rules in the Stage are inactive.
