Achieve auto approval status for NIR

Hello Team,

Is there a way to achieve the below scenario?

The approval status for the item in master org should get auto approved whereas the approval status for the item in child org would go to QA team for approval?

Current scenario in production: The approval status in master org and child org are getting auto approved.

»In this scenario, it was observed that the assignment method for NIR is set to Rule based. Thus, it is working as per the functionality.

I tested in test instance by changing the assignment method to user defined and defined an approver for NIR. Post this, the NIR is also going for approval along with the child org assignment.
