Change Assignment Transaction Freezes on Continue/Submit

We are facing an issue in our environment when performing the Change Assignment transaction.

After entering the required information, clicking either Continue or Submit causes the process to freeze. The page remains stuck and the transaction cannot be completed.

The issue is consistently reproducible and prevents users from processing Change Assignment transactions.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Were you able to identify the root cause or find a solution?
