Help desk Adaptive Search - Out of Memory/Tenant Out of Capacity Errors in Multiple Environment

We are experiencing an issue with Adaptive Search where periodic refreshes are failing in both our DEV and TEST environments at approximately the same time.

Issue

  • Adaptive Search Periodic Refresh processes are failing repeatedly.
  • Attempting to Publish an Adaptive Search setup model also fails same error.
  • The failures occur in both environments at the same time.

Error Message

IndexMetaModelVersionBeingPublishedJobDef failed: [Error:Subrequest **** with name CrawlerForEntityJobDef failed: [Error:Could not update entity indexing state for entity with uuid: '****' in meta model version with uuid '****': [ 429 Too Many Requests ] Tenant/System Out of Capacity.
