Project manager cannot search the project budget in the Review Budgetary Control Transactions page

Hi,

The existing project was updated with a new Project Manager.

The new project manager can view the Budget in the Manage Control Budget page but not in the Review Budgetary Control Transactions page. The parameter for the control budget is not displaying in the list of values.
