Facing Translation issue after September 2026 patch

FCCS Automated Translation job is failing daily at approximately 7:30 AM IST starting from Saturday, September 20th (After Oracle Sep'26 Patch)

It is throwing the error "A method called by the script failed on line: 8, with error: Failed to create form definition Unable to obtain a connection to Hyperion Essbase."

Is anyone else facing this issue? please assist.
