Configurable Conso Rules not running on new Alternate Hierarchy

Summary:

We have setup an alternate hierarchy to do some testing and below steps we're followed.

This hierarchy uses the same existing Consolidation Methods.

1. Created Alternate Hierarchy and Shared the base entities.
2. Refresh Database, no metadata validation error.
3. Synchronized the Approval Unit.
4. Set the ownership for the alternate hierarchy.
5. Run Recompute Ownerships
6. Run Consolidation rule.

Anything we have missed out? because the Proportion, Elimination, are not being calculated.
