Maximum File Size for Terms Template Upload When “Allow Background Upload” Is Disabled

in Enterprise Contracts

Hi Team,

We would like to understand the supported file-size limit for uploading a Microsoft Word document as a Terms Template in Oracle Enterprise Contracts.

Navigation:

Contract → Contract Terms → Terms Action → Upload Contract → Allow background upload Flag disabled

Could you please confirm:

  1. What is the maximum supported .docx file size that can be uploaded/processed when Allow background upload = No?
  2. Is the file-size limit controlled by any profile option/system configuration, or is it a fixed Oracle limit?
  3. Is there any Oracle documentation that specifies the supported file-size limits for Terms Template document uploads?
