How to setup Cycle Count to Monthly Frequency

Summary:

As a business requirement, ABC Class items are required to be counted as Monthly in frequency. However on the currently Scheduling Frequency, the only options are By period, Daily and Weekly. How can we setup the automatic scheduling to Monthly if we can select the frequency to every 4 weeks (equivalent to 1 month)? Will this also affect the Schedule setup?
