Getting error message while creating check-in questionnaire

Hi All,

We have already created one questionnaire along with questions. But as per customer requirement we need to change question text and create new.

But now while creating new version it is throwing error message as above. Unable to activate new questionnaire.

Can you please suggest what can we do in such scenarios?If check-in questionnaire is already in use and we want to do new change to question.
