Use of IDs in Discount List FBDI

Hi,

I know the IDs (SOURCE_DISCOUNT_LIST_ID, SOURCE_DISCOUNT_LIST_ITEM_ID, SOURCE_TERM_ID, SOURCE_MATRIX_ID and SOURCE_RULE_ID) passed in Discount List FBDI file is used as reference data while uploading the DL and wanted to know if the IDs used in the DL FBDI file is stored in any table.

While updating the DL is it mandatory to use the same IDs or any ID can be used? If it need to be the same IDs, how to derive the IDs from Backend?
