Learning Assessments - Random questions from a questionnaire

Hi,
Our client wants to have a bank of questions and then pull a set of questions from it to form an assessment questionnaire. Is this possible?
For instance, we have a library of 100 questions, and we want Oracle to select 10 and generate random quizzes—each with a different set of 10 questions—to prevent two students from receiving the exact same quiz.
I saw two posts from 2019 and 2023 which said it was not possible but wanted to confirm if anything had changed?
