Recommendation profiles getting auto enabled when enabled Learning and development app for Manager

Hello All,

When enabling learning and development app for Manager ORA_WLF_MANAGER_LEARN_DEVELOPMENT, Recommendation profiles is getting auto enabled even if we have not enabled the ORA_WLF_ENABLE_GROW_RECOMMENDATIONS, any reason why?

Also we have not added below privileges to manager roles

  • Manage Recommended Learning
  • View Recommended Learning by Learner Manager
  • Manage Recommendation Profiles by Manager
  • Use REST Service – Learning Recommendation
  • View and Respond to Recommendations by Manager
