Oracle Fusion MFA enforcement in Non Production

Hi All,

We are enabling MFA in dev regions. There are couple of enhancements supported by vendors who eventually will have IT Security Manager Role. We are looking to keep track of MFA exclusion to ensure only permitted IT Security Managers can enable/exempt MFA configuration set up for users from Security Console. Is there any guidance if we have option to have Audit Offering for this.
