Getting Started with Next-Generation Skill Suggestions in Enhanced Dynamic Skills

If you’ve already enabled Enhanced Dynamic Skills but are still using Legacy skill suggestions, now is the time to move to next-generation skill suggestions.

Legacy suggestions use predictive AI. The next-generation experience uses generative AI and, in the employee Skills Center, Oracle’s recommendation framework to deliver more relevant and contextual skill suggestions.

Starting with 26B, Oracle will no longer support predictive AI-based skill suggestions, and the Legacy option will no longer be available.

What happens if you don’t migrate?

  1. When creating a job requisition, users will no longer see the skill river.
