Script/API to bulk update MFA Exclusion

in Human Capital Management

We have multiple automation users in our Fusion 26C non-production environment that need to be excluded from MFA.

Is there any Oracle-supported REST API, SCIM endpoint, script, or bulk upload method to update the MFA Excluded setting for these users?

We would like to avoid configuring each account individually through Security Console.

Currently, we can configure this manually from Security Console → User Account Details → Configure MFA Exclusion
