We have had the opportunity to discover and test the new Catalog Administration Profile functionality. This feature enables effective management of training catalog visibility. However, maintaining and updating the contributor list for each Catalog Administration Profile manually has become operationally burdensome.

We would like to request the implementation of dynamic filtering criteria—such as Legal Entity or Business Unit—to automatically populate and maintain the contributor list for each profile. This would eliminate the need for manual updates and ensure the contributor roster remains current without ongoing administrative overhead.
