Upgrading specific pdb - OCI console basedb

Hi Team,

Please help us understand the upgrade of specific PDB in CDB. In one of our environment, we have CDB with 2 PDB(test & uat). Looks like there is no option to upgrade specific pdb in oci console. Can you please detail steps to upgrade specific pdb. Existing version 19.28

We have upgraded DB system from 19 to to 23.26.3.0.0 from OCI console. Its time to upgrade the DB.
