File based data integration Smartlist & Date.

Hey everyone,

We are facing two problems when trying to run a file-based data integration that includes Hiring date & smart list.
The hiring-date is written as dd/mm/yyyy in the file by the end-user, the integration runs successfully with no errors but the hiring date in the form shows 0, we have tried multi-column all data type, the other issue is that we have a smart list member in the account dimension, the smart list includes all the nationalities but when we write the nationalities in the CSV file the same way as in the smart list, the integration runs successfully but shows 0 in the data form, the only way that works is writing the ID of the smart list entry
