Cycle Count Task Rejected and Auto Creation of New Task to be at Status - Held

Summary:

We are running on WMS Cloud 26B.
Assigned CC Task to an associate and after count is done, Supervisor Rejects a specific Task. Once Supervisor rejects a task, system automatically creates a new Recount Task and this new task is automatically in status - Ready.
Since this new task status is Ready, and it's visible in All the associates Task list queue.

Supervisor has no control over the newly created Recount task as even before assignment to specific associate, someone starts recounting process.

Question is, what can be done or to be checked in the CC configuration so that CC reject and created for Recount is set to status - Held?
