We have a requirement to copy a seeded AI Agent, make changes to its prompt/instructions, and use the copied agent instead of the original seeded agent

example, if we copy the seeded Pay Analyst and modify the prompt or instructions, the copied agent is considered a custom agent.

Could you please clarify the following:

  1. When a seeded agent is copied and the prompt/instructions are modified, is the copied agent considered a custom AI Agent?
  2. If the copied agent is considered a custom agent, is it a chargeable/licensed agent?
