Record Completion field not working for mass bypass completion of course in 26C

Hi All,

I am trying to perform bypass completion mass action with help of Record Completion field available on Course pages but, the system is not returning the expected results. It does jumps on the assignment profile page and gets submitted with the message - Completion Request Submitted.

But there is no scheduled process which runs automatically for this and also it does not update the status for learner for the required course. It still shows as Not Started status.

Is there a way to resolve this issue, like any process to be scheduled after this or any other workaround?
